For this assignment, I mostly used prompts asking for an alternate version of the resume I uploaded that was tailored for a specific industry. I made sure to keep education and work experience the same, but asked the bot to create skills or other relevant sections when needed. I asked the bot to imagine it was a graduating student entering the accounting or information systems field with no professional experience in their career.
My original resume was very general and could be altered to fit any specific industry. The second resume, for an accounting career, added accounting skills such as Microsoft Excel, bookkeeping, and customer service. The third resume, meant for an individual going into information systems, added IS skills in addition to project and technical experience. I also noticed that both careers expect skills in Microsoft Excel.
I learned to include specific instructions or limitations when creating a prompt, such as experience level or age, so the product would be how I expected it to be. Furthermore, I learned that I could add on to previous prompts and responses and that I could ask the bot to elaborate on or change a previous answer.
